Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

All packages are shipped in a plain brown cardboard box and only identified by your name and our corporate name.

One Flat Rate Shipping

Flat rate shipping regardless of the number of items shipped.
Oversized or heavy items costs extra, typicaly $2-$4 per item.

Order Processing

Standard and Priority Shipping orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days following the date of the order.
Overnight Shipping orders are shipped within 24 hours. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday are shipped on the following Monday.

Order Status

You can check your order status by signing in to  your account Your unique tracking number will be posted to your account when your order is shipped.

To protect you and your personal account information, we employ SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology. The SSL technology works by sending all of your personal information, including credit card, password, name and address to us in an encrypted code.

Customer Privacy

We consider all customer information private and confidential. We never share customer information with anyone for any reason. Backorders

Every effort is made to ensure that the inventory count is accurate in the system, but there will be times that an item is out of stock even when the web site doesn't say so. Your order will ship as soon as the backordered item is back in stock. We will notify you by email when an item is on backorder. You can also login to your account to see if your order has been backordered. Backordered items will be charged unless we receive notice of cancellation of that item. We will credit any credits due upon receipt of cancellation email. You are free to cancel backordered items by sending an email with your order number to info@50toys.com. Your backordered item will be shipped by U.S. Priority Mail once the item arrives in stock.

Cancellations

All cancellations MUST be requested within 24 hours of original date and time of order OR before your order is placed in “In Progress” status. After your order is placed in “In Progress” status, all cancellations are processed as Returns (please, check our Return Policy for details).

Payment Information

We accept the following major credit cards: American Express, Visa, Master Card and Discover. We use electronic encryption (SSL) for all transactions. We accept debit or ATM cards issued by either VisaTM or MasterCardTM. We accept checks, but there is up to a 21 day waiting period after we have received and deposited your check. We accept money orders and cashiers checks, when we receive either of these payment types through the mail, we process and ship the orders immediately. We do not accept cash payments.

Shipping Restrictions

Certain states have restrictions on possession of adult products. You are responsible to find out any local laws that this restriction applies to. Please check local laws for such restrictions.
